Tiernan O'Connor
Founder
Tiernan is a technology entrepreneur and commercial leader with more than two decades of experience building and scaling technology-enabled businesses. His career has focused on helping organisations modernise operations through cloud software, enterprise systems and data-driven decision making.
He has founded and helped grow multiple businesses across the technology and services sectors, working closely with leadership teams across finance, manufacturing, retail and SaaS industries to implement modern ERP and operational platforms.
Through his work with enterprise systems, Tiernan recognised a growing gap between the data companies collect and the operational work required to act on it — an insight that led to the creation of Taskdrive. He leads company strategy, partnerships and go-to-market.
Nigel Wooden
Founder
Nigel is a systems architect and ERP specialist with more than twenty years of experience designing and implementing enterprise technology platforms. He co-founded DWR Consulting, helping build one of Australia's respected NetSuite consulting and digital transformation firms.
With a background spanning both accounting and software systems, Nigel brings a rare ability to bridge financial operations and deep technical architecture. He has worked closely with CFOs, operations teams and IT leaders to design systems that remove manual processes and deliver real operational visibility.
At Taskdrive, Nigel leads product architecture and enterprise integrations, ensuring the platform can securely connect AI capabilities to the core systems businesses depend on every day.
Emmanuel Vassiliadis
Chief Technology Officer
Emmanuel is a technology leader and software architect specialising in enterprise integrations, cloud infrastructure and intelligent automation. With deep experience building scalable software platforms, he focuses on designing systems that allow AI technologies to operate reliably within complex enterprise environments.
His expertise spans API architecture, distributed systems and the development of automation frameworks that connect directly with business platforms such as ERP, CRM and financial systems.
At Taskdrive, Emmanuel leads the engineering and AI development strategy, overseeing the architecture that enables agentic workflows to securely interact with enterprise systems and execute operational tasks at scale.
